About the Firm

The principals of the firm are:

The firm is wholly owned by its employees. We feel employee ownership fosters a culture of entrepreneurship and a focus on clients' needs.

In 1995, after a career as a top-ranked analyst for several leading institutional brokerage firms, Rob Richards established a high-quality, discretionary investment advisory service through the auspices of a major Canadian investment dealer. In 1999, the business was spun off to its employees and became an autonomous investment counselor. In the years from 1999 to 2007, the board of the firm was chaired by Dr. Michael Graham.

Rupel Ruparelia joined the firm in 1996. His background in mutual fund administration, equity trading, and research was ideally suited to this partnership.

Richard Tattersall came on board in 2001, bringing his experience as a portfolio manager and his extensive background in corporate finance and credit analysis.
